Bamboo Scoop

The bamboo scoop or chashaku is a traditional Japanese scoop crafted specifically for measuring matcha. How to Use

The Perfect Dose: One generous scoop naturally holds about 1 gram of powder. Use two scoops for traditional preparation.

Preservation Instructions
